The task included:

• 3D modelling of internal and external vessel structure based on 2D drawings.
• Determination of loads based on vessel transport envelope and crane operations.
• Detailed finite element analysis in ANSYS of the crane pedestal, crane foundation, HPU supporting structure, and relevant surrounding vessel structure.
• Evaluation and reporting of fatigue life for critical members.
